By accessing and using IX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
IX provides Web3 tools and services for the Cardano ecosystem, including but not limited to token swapping, NFT utility tools, and developer services. These services are provided "as is" and "as available".
3. Blockchain Transactions
The Platform facilitates interaction with the Cardano blockchain. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that we have no control over the blockchain network. You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and managing your wallet.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized access to other systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IX and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including loss of funds due to user error, blockchain failures, or third-party vulnerabilities.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where our team is headquartered.
